Eat it as a snack or serve it as a side with Rice and Sindhi Kadhi; of which you can find the link below, you are going to fall in love with it.<br /><br />Try this delicious snack with its combination and let us know in the comment section below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 4)<br />- 5 Potatoes <br />- Salt <br />- Red Chilli Powder<br />- Coriander Powder<br />- Cumin Seeds Powder<br />- Raw Mango Powder<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat oil in a pan and cut each peeled potatoes in 4 pieces <br />2. Add salt over the potatoes and mix it well with salt <br />3. Now, fry these potatoes on a low flame <br />4. Once the potatoes are fried take them out on a plate <br />5. let the potatoes cool down, and then, press them with your hands and re-fry them <br />6. Re-fry them over a high flame <br />7. Remove the Aloo Tuk on a plate and start adding red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, raw mango powder and salt(as per taste)
